Korab Resources Ltd listed on ASX in August 2005 following a heavily oversubscribed IPO. Since the listing, Korab has acquired several mining projects in Australia and overseas some of which have been de-merged into new companies. On the corporate front, Korab has completed a number of spin-offs and capital returns to Korab shareholders.
